The Grove is a three storey building with 63 en suite Bedrooms. There are two intimate Lounges and Dining areas on each floor.
The Grove has been built around a central courtyard and there are two further courtyards between The Grove, and Red Court and Grove House.
In addition to the Main Kitchen, there are also Kitchenettes within each Dining area for the provision of light meals and beverages throughout the day.
The on-site Laundry provides a free personal laundry service to all residents.
All floors are accessible by a passenger lift and two staircases.

TO MEET THE NEEDS OF EVERY RESIDENT
Each resident is assessed individually. An Individual Care Plan, which is specific to their needs, is then produced. This Care Plan is adhered to by our
Care Staff and is regularly monitored and adjusted should the resident’s care needs change.
We operate a Key Worker System, whereby each resident is allocated to a member of our Care Staff who is fully conversant with their care needs.
We also hold regular residents meetings where our residents can have an input into choosing the activities and menus that we provide. In addition,
the residents meetings provide a forum whereby residents may raise any other concerns that they may have.
YOUR ROOM
A BEAUTIFUL EN-SUITE ROOM FOR EVERY RESIDENT
Each Bedroom is very comfortably furnished. A TV point is provided together with WiFi access and a nurse call system that uses the latest
wireless technology.
An en suite Wet-Room with basin, wc, and shower, together with all necessary support rails.
Peaceful views from the windows overlooking either the extensive gardens of the internal landscaped courtyards or the mature gardens
of Grove House.
LOUNGE & DINING ROOMS
A CHOICE OF WHICH LOUNGE TO USE
At each of the three floor levels there are two Lounge / Dining Rooms. All of our residents have a choice of which Lounge to use, whether to enjoy
activities with other residents or to relax in quieter room.
Each of the Dining Rooms has its own Tea Kitchen where breakfast and tea is prepared and served. Beverages are also available throughout the day
and residents can assist in the Tea Kitchens if they wish to do so.
The main meal, served at lunchtime, is prepared in The Grove’s Main Kitchen and is taken to each Dining Room in heated trollies for serving to our
residents. In addition, any hot meal menu choices for breakfast and tea are prepared in the Main Kitchen before being served in the Dining Room.
Each Lounge is equipped with a TV and music system for the enjoyment of our residents.

As well as having their own en-suite Bedroom, and the Lounges and Dining Rooms to relax in, there are many other facilities that make our residents
stay at The Grove both comfortable and pleasurable.
HAIRDRESSING SALON
At the first floor level there is a well equipped Hairdressing Salon.ASSISTED BATHROOM
There is an Assisted Bathroom at each floor level. The bath can be lowered or raised so as to assist access for the resident and also provide ease of use for our Care staff.ACTIVITIES
Each day there are planned activities for our residents. These are all arranged by our activities co-ordinator and residents are free to choose if they wish to participate (they invariably do!)CHURCH SERVICE
A church service is held on Sunday Mornings, in the Care Home, for our residents that wish to take part.
